Yesterday, I spent a nice relaxing afternoon at the beach with some friends. It was nice to just enjoy the sunshine, catch up with friends, and read a good book (i.e. Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows).
Today Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1 is out in theaters! I don't know if I've mentioned my slight obsession with HP here on design blossom but I have been a huge fan of Harry Potter since the books first came out. So, this past weekend I went on a trip to Orlando to visit the Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal Studios Islands of Adventure. Let me tell you it was AMAZING. I pretty much grinned like a big goon the first thirty minutes we were there (as you can see in the pictures). But seriously, they did such a great job recreating the little wizarding world I have come to know and love from the books and movies. If you are a Harry Potter fan I definitely recommend a visit to this theme park! Thanks Sean for taking me on this little adventure :)
I am super pumped about the release of the Deathly Hallows Part 1 in theaters. I won't be able to see it this weekend since I have to work tonight and tomorrow night but I'll be seeing it ASAP!
